Wassup People, so here’s the scoop.

Worked Leo combos #6 and #5, then 3 minute set of 1-kick-1-kick, then worked shoulder rolls again from sinawali boxing reference.  Then did forehand sets against all low line attacks

Second hour was breakdown from tapioca showdown with take downs on the mat
